About

My name is Damian Bariexca, and I’m a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and former high school English teacher. I have been an educator since 2000, and I started this blog in August 2007 to document the many personal and professional changes I was experiencing at the time, including my attempts at infusing technology into my instruction and assessment.

As I continue my career in education as a school psychologist (and along whatever other trajectory my career may take), I will be using this space to reflect on broader issues pertaining to education, as well as to continue reflecting on my own practice.  In or out of the classroom, we all must constantly keep apace of change if we are to serve our students well.
